This form has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

  • Total amount including VAT: Specified during order
  • Shipping cost: Specified during order
  • Payment method: Selected by the BUYER

All prices are shown inclusive of taxes.

5. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

  • Orders are delivered within a maximum of 30 days
  • Under normal circumstances, they are shipped within 1-3 business days
  • Delivery is made to the address specified by the BUYER

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

7. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (FOOD PRODUCTS)

Within the scope of products sold by Antalya Doğal Çiftlik:

the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • perishable food products
  • fresh fruits and vegetables
  • products with a risk of expiration date

Also;

  • hygiene products with opened packaging
  • customized products

are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal can be exercised:

  • via email
  • via written notification

9. RETURN CONDITIONS

For returns:

  • the product must be unused
  • the packaging must be intact
  • it must be sent with the invoice

10. RETURN SHIPPING FEE

According to legislation:

  • If the seller specifies the return carrier → the consumer does not pay
  • If not specified → the consumer does not pay

✔ Therefore, return shipping is usually covered by the SELLER.

11. REFUND OF PRICE

When the right of withdrawal is exercised:

  • the payment is refunded within a maximum of 14 days
  • the refund is made using the same payment method

The BUYER can submit requests and complaints through the following channels:

13. DISPUTES

In disputes:

  • Consumer Arbitration Committees
  • Consumer Courts

are authorized.
