DELIVERY AND RETURN CONDITIONS
DELIVERY
Which cargo company will my order be shipped with?
All your orders are shipped via
Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo and DHL eCommerce (formerly MNG Kargo), depending on your preferred shipping company.
When will my order be shipped?
Your orders are delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 business days from the order date.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time may vary depending on your region.
- Average delivery time for shipments within Turkey: 1-6 business days
Your order will be delivered to your address by the cargo company you selected.
If you are not at the address:
Your order will be left at the cargo branch and you can pick it up with your tracking number.
How much is the shipping fee?
- 0 – 1499.99 TL: 199 TL
- 1500 TL and above: Free
Cash on Delivery
For orders placed with cash on delivery, an additional service fee of 75 TL is collected by the cargo company.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
General Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of the products sold, returns and exchanges are not possible for some products.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR FOOD PRODUCTS
Within the scope of Antalya Doğal Çiftlik products:
There is no right of return or withdrawal for the following products:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
- Perishable food products
- Products with an impending expiration date
These products fall under the right of withdrawal exception within the scope of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
RETURN CONDITIONS (NON-FOOD PRODUCTS)
Returns are accepted when the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused
- The original packaging must be intact
- It must be sent with the invoice
DAMAGED / MISSING PRODUCTS
In your order:
- damage
- missing product
- wrong product
you must contact us within 3 days from the delivery date.
Requests not reported within this period may not be evaluated.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to consumer legislation:
The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product.
However, the following situations are excluded from this scope:
- perishable products
- hygiene products with opened packaging
- custom-made products
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
According to legislation:
- If the seller specifies a carrier for return → return is free of charge
- If not specified → return is still free of charge
✔ Therefore, the return shipping fee is generally covered by the seller.
REFUND
When a return is accepted:
- the product price
- will be refunded to the BUYER
within 14 days at the latest.
The refund will be made using the payment method used for the purchase.
